Timavo User Agreement

1. What you get
Timavo provides a local-first wax vault on iPhone: seal a message for a later you, attach an optional still, Accept a dated seal, talk between dates with a nested agent that must cite those seals, hear unlock play your recording, and use optional consent-gated cloud inference for seal/reply drafts and Accept-after system voice. Optional App Tracking Transparency and Adjust help measure which campaigns led you to lock a dated message; declining tracking does not remove vault features. Timavo does not provide medical or therapeutic advice and is not a Timavo account service. The reviewed build does not sell In-App Purchases.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law and use the App lawfully. Only add content and media you are allowed to use. Do not misuse network, measurement, or AI features to harm others or to seek crisis, medical, or illegal assistance.
3. Your content stays local
You own the seals, recordings, talks, notes, and stills you create. Core vault data stays on your device until you delete it or remove the App. Keep your own backups of anything you care about. Timavo does not require a Timavo account.
4. Apple and third-party services you may use
Your use of Apple services—including Photos, Speech, Camera, Microphone, local notifications, Live Activities, share extension, widgets, and the system tracking prompt—remains subject to Apple’s terms. Optional DeepSeek and MiniMax calls, and Adjust measurement when you allow tracking, are subject to those providers’ terms. The reviewed build does not use StoreKit for Timavo purchases.
5. Availability
Features may change, pause, or end. Optional DeepSeek and MiniMax replies, Adjust measurement, and remote configuration depend on network and third-party availability. Local vault browsing and due-seal unlock of your recording continue without cloud AI when sharing is off, and without tracking when you decline ATT.
6. Intellectual property
App software, design, and branding remain with their owners. You keep rights in your personal seals, recordings, talks, notes, and stills. Third-party model, voice, and measurement services belong to their owners; Timavo only calls the cloud AI path after you Allow sharing, and only expands tracking-based measurement after you allow tracking (or as otherwise limited by iOS).
7. Limits
Draft seals, replies, and system-voice lines are personal creative aids, not guarantees of memory, therapy, or factual accuracy. Cloud model output can be wrong or inappropriate—review before you Accept. Unlock always plays your recording; Timavo does not clone your voice. Campaign measurement does not change what you sealed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for decisions you make using Timavo, third-party model or measurement availability, or content you choose to send after Allow.
8. Stopping and contact
You may stop using the App, turn off AI data sharing, change Allow Tracking in iOS Settings, and delete local data at any time. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited where they cannot be waived. Contact seals@timavo.app.
